The guy was attacked by a White shark which bit his leg off.
They’ve obviously created a reconstruction just to spice it up a bit until you get to the bit where he’s pulled from the water.
Actually, this isn’t fake, I’ve seen it before. The diver who was attacked is called Henri Bource, he was diving with a couple of others off the coast of Australia and there were some seals in the area at the time and a Great White seized him and took off his leg below the knee. I have a shark book with stills of the bit where he was lying on the deck with the blood spurting out of his leg. Horrific but detinitely true.
