Shark Cruises Past Thousands Of Swimmers

200198726-003.jpg
A great white shark spotted off Perth yesterday swam past thousands of swimmers and surfers. The 15 ft shark was seen by an aerial surveillance team in the morning and water police were able to guide the shark out to sea – but not before it had come close to five of Perth’s most popular beaches. It (the shark) would have covered probably five of the most popular beaches cruiseing past thousands of beachgoers. Some people refused to leave the water, even after alarms were sounded. The beaches reopened a few hours later.

Now how stupid are people these days ?????

If you hear Shark !!!!! You better get out only if you hate to be a snack ot lunch to a shark .

With JAWS my favorite movie , that scared me to death . they should watch it and then refuse to go in the water!!!

‘Some people refused to leave the water, even after alarms were sounded.”

Now that’s what I call true commitment to swimming. Its a beautiful thing to dedicate yourself so…..stupidly.

Sharks are to be respected, not feared. That’s simple. Many people have refused to succumb to sharkphobic behavior. Of course, a number of people who say they are unafraid of sharks are, of course, just stupid. Caveat emptor.

I bet it would be really embarassing if you and your friends decide you’re too elightened to leave the water out of fear – and the above-referenced shark then meanders by and takes your leg off at the knee and straight up murders your friend in a gory, violent frenzy.

    DOH!

Was that the shark alarm or the dinner bell or both??? Ahhh who cares lets just stay in the water and keep playing “chum the water” with these dead bloody fish I found!!!

That old woman isn’t wearing a top and that’s even more scary than that shark that could swallow me whole….I love sharks, I watch them, sometimes fish for them and eat them, but i respect their ability to really F my S up. Don’t be afraid to go surfing or swimming but realize you are a guest who might be asked to stay for dinner…

i agree with Jawsh. i love sharks, have run plenty of researches and know absolutely everything about them, but if you are notified that you are currently in a direct position to become someone’s lunch, i suggest you…MOVE! dont ignore warnings! hello!…if (God forbids) a shark bites you, you release blood which attracts other sharks which could endanger not only you, but others as well! i mean…come on! i recomend Jaws for anyone who hasnt seen it.
