An 18 foot shark!! DAMN!!!! I didn’t even know shark had feet!!!!
Hey you came up in my news and blog search Newsfire. Yeah I live a few minutes walk from the boat ramp where the shark visited. Phillip Island is an hour and a half from downtown Melbourne. It was a 6 metre Great White. It was probably hearding a seal. We have one of Australias largest seal colonies around the corner from us. We are quiet used to it most of the sharks are small and fairly timid, I must admit I’m glad my kids and I were not in the water though its been stinking hot and the only reason we were not in the water was because there were to many tourists. We prefer it when no ones around. I guess so do the sharks.
Continue to stay out of the water!
Also, it bears mentioning that yesterday’s shark has a ferocious case of gingivitis.
