Road Kill at Swim At Your Own Risk

Road Kill

sharkky.JPG
A woman driving her car in Turangi, NZ stopped to investigate when she thought she saw a body laying in the middle of the road. Well, it turns out it wasn’t a body. It was a shark! A nearly 6 ft mako shark! How the shark got there is still a mystery but the smell isn’t. It was dragged off to the dump the next morning.

They don’t know how it got there.

But we, the Swim At Your Own Risk readers, KNOW how it got there.

    It walked.

Mako’s have been known to jump long distances, maybe he jumped there, only coelacanths can walk, they are our prehistoric brothers and sisters.
