New Zealand fishermen have caught what could be the world’s largest squid. The 33 ft long squid took about two hours to catch and is the first adult colossal squid to be landed intact. One expert said calamari rings made from it would be like tractor tires. Dang!

    Fact of the matter, big squids are filled with ammonia (or the taste thereof). Big squid is bad for eating. At least by humans.
