Jellyfish Cookies are Selling Like Hotcakes!
Tuesday, April 17th, 2007

Students at the Obama Fisheries High School in Japan developed a cookie made from the huge Echizen kurage jellyfish! The giant jellies are a nuisance to fishermen so students have been looking for ways to use them as a resource. They had previously used them to make tofu and fruit punch but apparantly the cookies are extra delicious.
