No way, that shark looks much larger than 9 feet long, otherwise that means the woman behind them would only be 2 ft. tall. Even though you only see half of her you can 'guess-timate' her at least 5 ft. tall and that shark is easily 3 times long as she is tall. As for weight that's harder to guess but something as long as I think this thing truly is would make more sense to me weighing in at the 900 to 1000 lb. mark, but maybe it's just 'big-bone.. er, um.. big-gristled', (sic-muw?) lol. 9 feet, 700 lbs?
