R.I.P. Norton

Norton, one of the original whale sharks on exhibit at the Georgia Aquarium, died yesterday. He was the second whale shark to die at the facility in the past five months. R.I.P Norton!

These sharks are not meant to stay in captivity. I wish these idiots would realize that.
I was thinking the same thing, james. Either that or something is not right about the water.
Its like Great Whites or Mola Molas ( Sunfish )…My theory is that these animals are constantly migrating throughout the whole ocean, you rip them from that environment and their whole “radar” system screws up, then they can’t figure out why their “ocean” has 4 walls
Sharky’s gonna be pissed about this xD
And yeah, there’s gotta be something wrong with the Georgia Aquarium.
