Boy Bitten by Shark at Myrtle Beach

A 7-year-old boy was bitten in the leg by a shark while swimming just south of Myrtle Beach, SC on Sunday.

The boy was playing in waist-deep water when the shark attacked him.

Bystanders controlled the bleeding until medics got to the scene. He was then rushed to the hospital where he underwent emergency surgery on his calf.
