Man Missing After Boat Swerves To Avoid Fish
Two men were thrown from their boat on the Suwannee River on Monday evening and one of them is still missing.
The guy driving the boat, Brian Norris, 28, was able to make it to shore and was taken to Shands Medical Center in Gainesville.
Roderick Page, 22, remains missing.
The two men were traveling south near Fowlers Bluff in a 12-foot aluminum johnboat when a large fish jumped out of the water in front of the boat. Norris said he swerved, and both men were thrown into the water.
Wildlife officials have warned boaters about sturgeon jumping out of the water in parts of the Suwannee River. At least five people have been injured this year in encounters with the prehistoric-looking fish, which can grow up to 8-feet long and weigh up to 200 pounds.

Mabey the sturgeon ate him after he fell of the boat
because I heard that a domestic cat was found in the belly of a large sturgeon.The world record sturgeon was 1387 lbs. BEWARE OF KILLER STURGEON!
