Shark Bites Fisherman’s Finger

A man in Western Australia was bitten on the finger by a reef shark while he was trying to untangle it from a fishing net.
The 32-year-old man had caught several reef sharks that became tangled in his fishing nets… while he was trying to pull one out, it bit him on the right middle finger.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he received eight stitches.
