Shark Sighting Closes SF Beach
Thursday, November 22nd, 2007

Authorities have closed the offshore waters of Rodeo Beach in San Francisco because of a shark sighting.
A spokesman for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area says officials decided to close the waters to the public after three people reported seeing a shark killing a seal about 150 feet offshore Sunday morning.
The spokesman says if no more sharks are seen this week, the waters may be opened again Friday morning.
