Boy Lands 551 Pound Shark

12 year-old Aidan Murray Medley reeled in a 551-pound bull shark Tuesday just north of the Palm Beach Inlet. breaking the state record.
Aidan, who weighs just 120 pounds, reeled the 9.5′ shark in on his own.
He plans to have the shark mounted.

The truth is that Trophy Hunting is goddamn retarded.
They are protected and their numbers are steadily increasing in SA waters by most accounts…fishermen, pilots, surfers, divers. Zambezi’s/Bull sharks have had hard knocks to their numbers in various areas around the world but in canal ways on the gold coast and up along florida others would completely disagree.
Protection is important, trophy hunting is arsenine and most research is vital.
If you’re not going to eat it, don’t kill it.
