“Fish Stick” Returns to the Scene of the Crime!

Less than two months after “Fish Stick” nearly became lunch for a bigger shark, she’s back in the main shark display at Underwater Adventures. “Fish Stick,” was known simply as Little Shark 54 until she was mauled by a bigger sand shark back in January. (The whole incident was caught on video if you want to relive it.)

Display organizers nursed the little shark back to health, and the public submitted names for the aquarium’s new star. They also put two divers in the tank for the re-entry to create a “safe zone” for Fish Stick.
