It Took Eight Guys to Land This One

It took five fishermen, two plumbers and a jogger to land the nearly 10 ft, 550 lb bronze whaler shark at Point Lonsdale, AU.

Bill Athanasslies was fishing off the pier about 6am yesterday when he felt a tug on the line. After struggling for 45 minutes to land the shark with the help of four fishermen at the pier, he had to enlist a few more men to finally landed the monster shark.

Bill kept its head as a trophy.
