Man Survives Shark Attack Thanks to This Lady

An Albany man (Australia, not New York) was savaged by a 13 ft shark just off the town’s most popular beach and he owes his life to a local hero who swam to his rescue and helped bring him to shore before the shark could finish him off.
The shark took two chunks from 37-year-old Jason Cull’s left leg, leaving him flailing and yelling for help at Middleton Beach at 7.30am.
Local woman, Joanne Lucas, swam out and rescued him while the shark continued to cruise the area. Jason was taken to Albany Regional Hospital for surgery.
Authorities closed the beach and sent a plane to monitor the shark, along with a couple others that were sighted in the bay.

Tell me again why my dream is still to own a beach house?
Owning a beach house is great because you can watch or experience the food chain in real time.
