Mystery Meat Washes Ashore!

Pieces of meat have been washing up along the New Jersey and Delaware shorelines and officials are still trying to determine exactly what the meat is.
The chunks are from some sort of massive marine creature… the largest piece found so far was 5 feet! Investigators think the meat is from internal organs, possibly from a whale or shark.
What’s got them stumped is how the creature ended up in pieces. Adding to the intrigue: old knife marks discovered on the flesh, suggesting that someone else found this stuff first.
Pieces of the mystery meat are now on ice and will be used for genetic testing. It could be months before those results are known.

If there is one thing I hate, is when bloggers make fun of people in news photos.

I really can’t tell if you are taking offense in a joking fashion or if you were seriously offended by it. It’s more offensive that you are assuming that because the person is overweight they are making some kind of comparison to the pieces of meat.
In any event.. amusing.
I got to say, I don’t get it.
Looks like it’s probably some illegal fishing business catching sharks or whales or something.
