Not Exactly Buried Treasure But…

Two half-buried sharks were discovered at Navarre Beach, FL on Sunday.
A couple kids saw the nose of the first shark sticking out of the sand and thought at first it was a toy or a boogie board. They used sand dollars to dig the shark out, leading to the discovery a second shark buried nearby.
They have tentatively identified the larger shark as a bull shark.

Why were they buried? I don’t get it. And did you read this article? Scary.

Somebody probably saw them washed up and buried them out of courtesy to others.
Either that or some weird ass double-shark-homicide/suicide plot.
