“Shark-like” Bite at Sanibel Island

A 15-year-old was bitten by something off Sanibel Island this afternoon. According to police, the 15-year-old was bitten while swimming in thigh-deep water and was transported to a local hospital.
The kid received a nice little three-inch bite on his foot above the ankle. But since officials can’t confirmed yet if it was a shark that did the damage, the beaches are still open.
As far as I’m concerned, a bite’s a bite!
