HUNDREDS Of Sharks Off Carolina Coast!
Wednesday, August 19th, 2009

Scott Taylor was on a shoot Wednesday morning when the helicopter he was riding in passed between Shackelford Banks and Fort Macon off the Crystal Coast where the local photog snapped these shots of hundreds of sharks swimming off the coast.
Taylor said the helicopter pilot remarked he sees them all the time. Huh? Taylor said when the helicopter dipped down for a closer look, the sharks seemed to be about four to six feet long.

is that an albino shark in the center at the bottom of the shot?
kidding, although it looks like it. Could those possibly be nurse sharks? I came across something similar while I was kayaking off the coast in San Diego a few years ago.
Years ago I saw an old photo in a house on Cape Lookout that had numerous sharks like this in the sound…..
What lovely animals! I love sharks.
I wish I could be there right now…with a speargun or a big fishing rod…I need some more of these beautiful creature’s jaws on my wall.
thats not sharks , thats a school of piranhas! LMAO
I’d hate to be parasailing, look down, and see that!
LOL
