11 Sharks Wash Up On Florida Beach

shark_naples
Nine bonnethead sharks and two black tip sharks were found this morning washed up dead on Sand Dollar Island, a stretch of beach on Marco Island, Florida.

It’s possible the sharks were netted and then dumped as bycatch, but the sharks didn’t wash up all in one place. Along with the sharks, catfish and a stingray were also found.
