Not a fairy tale, don't forget most of the ones seen in places like SA are adolescence sharks and they are between 12-15/16 feet, with 1 or 2 18 footers occasionally seen in the main cage dive locations 23 feet GWS is very possible, we have seen a GWS 200 miles of the coast of Mauritius run parallel to our boat and it was between 2-4 feet longer, and it was a GWS.
