Goblin Shark Attack, the killer-fish flick filming down under (previously known as Malibu Shark Attack) has just finished shooting in Queensland, AU. They changed the name since the movie’s predators are based on a species of shark called goblin sharks. And trust me, these are big ones.
The monster goblin sharks get released from a big underground cavern during a seaquake. The resulting tsunami washes them ashore and all hell breaks loose.
The film is still set in Malibu and stars Peta Wilson (La Femme Nikita) as lifeguard heroine Heather. Can’t wait.

After the poolside screening, Panettiere said, “If you care about this planet, you need to see this film!”
In Sharkwater, filmmaker Rob Stewart sets out on a mission to debunk stereotypes about sharks and show just how important a role they play in the planet’s eco-system. I should probably see this…

The premise: For reasons unknown, a small coastal town is besieged by a swarm of sharks, and of course, bloody mayhem ensues. Hot.
