Behold, The Oculus!

It’s still just a concept so you won’t be getting one for Christmas, at least not this year.

The 250 foot yacht, the flagship design for Schöpfer’s new yacht line and designed by E. Kevin Schöpfer himself, features 12-foot ceilings, has room for 12 guests and can cruise at speeds upwards of 25 knots.

Kinda looks like a whale, huh?

Flesh-Eating Fish Cure for Psoriasis?

According to BBC news, a woman with psoriasis has managed to get rid of the skin condition by sitting in a pool of flesh-eating fish.

Samantha Grayston, 38, spent six hours a day sitting in the pool at a spa in Turkey. The fish went to work, chewing away the excess cells which are caused by psoriasis, allowing the healing mineral water to reach the skin.

Grayston says her skin looks great and has never been smoother. She even got a suntan for the first time in her life.

Shen paid about $3,700 for the treatment and expects its effects to last 18 months.

Virgin Mary Washes Up on NC Beach

According to WWAYtv.com, UNC Wilmington Senior Tom Benedict was strolling along Wrightsville Beach when he stumbled upon this seemingly sacred sea shell. “I saw it in the sand, looked down and said, man this really looks like the Virgin Mary. I have to do something with this.”

Notice the devout look and that familiar flowing dress? Originally Benedict thought it looked like a fish, ’til he tured it right side up it.

Benedict isn’t very religious, so he hopes to pass the shell along to someone who is… for the right price of course.

He’s already listed it on eBay.

Foot Fins!

The Lunocet is a swishing fishtail for your feet designed to propel you through the water faster than Michael Phelps.

The device clamps on to the feet, which are kept together, and when you kick, the tail flexes, propelling you through the water much like an airplane’s wings.

And these puppies are fast. In top gear (there are six speeds, adjustable while you swim) a strong swimmer should be able to leap from the water and clear the surface a la Flipper. According to the Lunocet, you can hit 8 mph.

It’s not cheap though. The basic configuration is around $1250.

Maybe you can even outswim a shark with these. But I doubt it.
