Shark Week Starts Tonight!

Picture 5
Set your Tivos! Shark Week 2009 starts tonight, kicking off with “Blood In The Water”, the true story behind the bloody shark attacks of 1916 that inspired the movie “Jaws.”

And there’s more… I’m personally looking forward to catching “Vacation Bites”, “Ankle Biter”, “Bloody Ocean Swim” and “Missing Limbs”.

It’s Shark Week…

Just in case you didn’t see one of these pedicabs cruising around NYC last week, I’m here to remind you… Shark Week starts today on the Discovery Channel. Catch six all-new programs including How Not To Become Shark Bait (which I’m personally looking forward to), along with some of your faves from the past. Uh, Air Jaws?

Shark Week Goes Wireless

mobilesharks1.jpg
The Discovery Channel will be creating special mobile content in conjunction with Shark Week, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The shark-specific content, which airs from Sunday, July 23 through Saturday, August 4, will include original made-for-mobile premieres as well as clips from classic “Shark Week” shows. I need an iPhone.
